A Café Reader Review: Easy Microwave Pumpkin Caramels

Hi, Reader!

Before we settle into our very yummy Review of the Week recipe today I have a little PSA for you. See below!

I nearly fell out of my chair when Lindsay sent me this last week- $10 for a tiny jar of Pumpkin Pie Spice!?

I show you this, dear reader, because as you get into the swing of holiday baking season, I want to double check that you know that Chris recently updated our Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice recipe.....and apparently it will save you a LOT of $$$!

Speaking of....

I'm talking about Pumpkin Pie Spice today because our Review of the Week is about these fabulous Microwave Pumpkin Caramels which call for...you got it- Pumpkin Pie Spice!

I promise, these are not to be missed- in fact, one of our readers, Lynne, said it perfectly:

Lynne says....
The pumpkin caramels are amazing. I’m too embarrassed to admit how many I’ve eaten. I’ve packaged up the rest for a gift. Thank you so much for the fun recipe.

Haven't quite convinced you to give it a try? Keeping reading....

From : Linna

LOVE LOVE LOVE your all your salted caramel recipes! I make them as gifts and use the cute little boxes you suggest tied with that red gingham ribbon...get raves and everyone requests that I make them again...it's caramel season!

From : Jean

Everyone of my Thanksgiving guests will go home with a box of these caramels!
Thank you so much!

These sweet words of encouragement are what keep us going here at The Café. So thank YOU 🤍

A peek into our kitchen...the recipes our team makes again and again! To London, to London... As many of you know, in 2009 our not-so-little family packed up and headed across the pond, where we spent the next eight years living in London. 2009: Our 3yo, 2yo, 2mo old in front of Big Ben (safe to say this mama had her hands full!)
